Aaron Jeffery
The Logie
Award-winning actor of New Zealand and Australia, Aaron C. Jeffery. His role
includes Terry Watson in Water Rats and Alex Ryan in McLeod's Daughters. He
also played Matt "Fletch” Fletcher in Wentworth. Jeffery was born in
Auckland and relocated to Australia as an teen. He later was a student at NIDA.
He graduated with his NIDA degree in 1993. After that, he started his
television career by working on the children's series Ship to Shore. Jeffery is
famous for his character Alex Ryan in McLeod's Daughters. He departed the drama
in 2008. He was also a part of the third season of Outrageous Fortune, a New
Zealand drama. Jeffery was in the show Underbelly: Badness as Frank. The
filming ended on the 22nd of June. Three days later the news was made public
that Jeffery had joined the cast of Neighbours as Bradley Fox for two months.
It was revealed that Jeffery was assigned the role of an officer in corrections
on Wentworth on October. Bevan Lee's Between Two Worlds was also his character.
In April of 2021, it was revealed that Jeffery would star in Pieces of Her, a
Netflix thriller series adapted from the Karin Slaughter book. In both 2004 and
2007, Jeffery won the Silver Logie for Most Popular Actor in the Drama Series
for his part in McLeod's Daughters.
