Dawson (born May 9th, 1979)[3] is an American actor and producer. Her feature
film debut was in 1995's independent drama Kids. In the following years, she
was a part of films like He Got Game (1998) and Josie and the Pussycats (1901),
Men in Black II (2006), Death Proof (2008), Seven Pounds (2008) and Percy
Jackson and the Olympians (2010). Dawson has voiced for Warner Bros./DC Comics,
Disney/Marvel and ViacomCBS Nickelodeon. She was also nominated for the Critics
Choice Film Award for Best actress in a Comedy for Top Five (2014), Trance
(2013), Top Five (2014) Zombieland Double Tap (2019). Dawson was born on the
9th of May, 1979 in New York City. Isabel Celeste, her mother is Afro-Cuban.
Rosario was just 16 when Isabel was born. Her mother, Isabel Celeste, never
married Patrick C. Harris. Rosario was a teenager of her mothers who married
Greg Dawson (a construction worker). Dawson is four years younger than Clay.
Clay is Dawson's half-brother. Dawson is also well-known for her characters in
comic book adaptations.These include Gail in Sin City (2005) and Sin City: A
Dame to Kill For (2014), Claire Temple in five of the Marvel/Netflix series
(2015-2018) and voiceovers for Diana Prince/Wonder Women in the DC Animated
Movie Universe and Space Jam: A New Legacy and Barbara Gordon/Batgirl on The
Lego Batman Movie. She was Ahsoka Tano's character in the Mandalorian's
upcoming second series, which will air in 2020. She will also play the lead
role in the Disney+ original series Ahsoka. She will also appear in Young Rock,
an autobiographical comedy series developed by Dwayne John that will air in
2021.
