Elizabeth Leigh Vassey
American actor Elizabeth Leigh Vassey, born September 9, 1972 was an American. Her roles include Emily Ann Sago in the television series All My Children, Captain Liberty in the 2001 television series The Tick, Wendy Simms in the television series CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, and Nikki Beaumont in the web series Nikki & Nora. Vassey played teenager Emily Ann Sago on the soap series All My Children from 1988 to 1991. She was a regular character on the television series Tru Calling, as Dr. Carrie Allen. She also appeared in several episodes and seasons of Two and a Half Men. Vassey was Wendy Simms' recurring role on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation from 2005 to 2010. Vassey began appearing in the opening credits of the series' CSI: Crime Scene Investigation as an in-character cast member as well as being promoted to a permanent character in the tenth season. Entertainment Weekly reported June 1 in 2010, that Vassey was not returning for the show's 11th season. She was a guest on one episode in that season.Vassey was a guest on Joss Whedon's web-based musical Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog with the name "Fury Leika". Vassey got married to David Emmerichs who is a camera operator. In 2002, Vassey founded Neurosis to T(ee) which sells slogan-adorned T-shirts designed for women. The slogans poke fun at the neuroses and worries of women, often relating to relationships.
