Kim Cattrall
Kim Victoria
Cattrall, born 21 August 1956, is a British-Canadian actress. She is most
famous for her part in the role of Samantha Jones on HBO's Sex and the City
(1998-2004) and for which she was awarded five Emmy Award nominations and four
Golden Globe Award nominations, receiving the 2002 Golden Globe for Best
Supporting Actress. She reprised her role in the movies Sex and the City (2008)
and Sex and the City 2 (2010). Cattrall first appeared in Rosebud (1975) before
she continued to play various roles in television. She became famous in the
late 1980s in films such as Ticket to Heaven (1981), Police Academy (1984),
Hold-Up (1985), City Limits (1985), Big Trouble in Little China (1986),
Mannequin (1987), Masquerade (1988), Midnight Crossing (1988) as well as The
Return of the Musketeers (1989). Tribute (1980), Porky's (81), Turk 182(85),
and Baby Geniuses (999) were just a few of the occasions in which she appeared
alongside Bob Clark. Her credits in films comprise The Bonfire of the Vanities
(90) and Star Trek VI The Undiscovered Country(91) as well as Split Second(92),
Above Suspicion (1995) as well as 15 Minutes (2001), Crossroads(2002), Ice
